Can I change my membership level?
You can upgrade to a higher level of membership at anytime. See the Join Today page. You can only down grade to a lower membership after your year contract is complete.
Can I update my recorded message/s to include new information?
Only if your membership level allows for this. You can upgrade to a higher level of membership that allows for message changes if your membership level does not currently include this feature.
I make a mistake in my message. Can I re-record it?
If you did not record the correct message and need to change it you have 48 hours to contact us with this request. Example: wrong dates on an exhibition. Or if 48 hours have passed you can use one of your monthly changes to pay for this change, you have 12 updates per year with your Career, Premium, Full or Elite membership levels and plan the rest of the year accordingly.
When will I hear my message on 88 88 ArtLook?
We will do our best to get all of your messages updated in a timely manner. Remember that the First Friday along with other key dates are busy opening times. The earlier you get your changes to us the better we can serve you. We will send confirmation that your message is up on 88 88 ArtLook by email.

How do Automatic Payments work?
We have designed our affordable monthly payments to be an easy option for those thatprefer to pay monthly. After your last monthly payment and before your year contract is up you need to contact us to cancel or we will continue to charge you for our services at the level you have signed up for at the same level pricing. Please make a note of your Anniversary Date.
Why two minute messages?
Messages of longer lengths ten to loose the interest of the listener. However,you are welcome to add minutes to your messages for and additional fee. See additional services on the Join Today page.
What should I include in my messages?
Every artists' work is unique. The best person to convey what makes your work different is you! Your enthusiasm and excitement is what is most important. Don’t go into extensive detail on contact information details. Just select one or two contact points at the most such as website, gallery or phone number. Remember your patrons are in a gallery setting for the most part and do not have a pencil and pad of paper handy. But do add detail about your technique, a story about how you work and what inspires you. Be creative with your words and convey the idea behind your work and why you need to communicate this idea. Remember have fun and engage the listener!

Why 88 88 ArtLook?
We are artists helping artists talk directly to their patrons. This will result in a greater understanding of their art and also lead to more sales. We know intimately the struggles in creating a unique body of work as well as marketing to your audience. This is a great tool to help the artist focus their message and convey what is most important to know about them and their work.
How do I get the word out to my audience?
1. Use clear and easy intructions on how to use 88 88 ArtLook on the exhibition tag,
show announcment or handout materials about your show.

2. Use social media. It is most effective when your message is short, clear and to the point.
